What’s rented at the Freedom Tower:

Floors 36-46 412,0000 square feet to the New York State office of General Services.

Floors 20-35  653,000 square feet to the U.S. General Services Administration.

Floors 89-90 to the Metropolitan Television Alliance, plus broadcast rights to rooftop antennae.

Possible rental, 35,000 square feet of space currently being negotiated.

Total: 1.1 million square feet or 27 floors

What’s not rented:

108 floors, including sky lobby, restaurant and observation deck  or 1.5 million square feet.

Viewing my comments from the eighteenth of October will enable one to envision a sincere hope that there will be present in this newly constructed tower an intermingling of financial with intellectual enterprise to provide enlightenment of human consciousness, true freedom from the constraints of contrived limitation.
