911 blogger.com is citing sources from the Port Authority Police Department, saying two more body fragments of 9/11 victims were found at Ground Zero this past week.

According to the confidential source information to the finding is being kept secret because of scrutiny regarding rebuilding effort taking place at Ground Zero.

Currently Ground Zero is a huge construction site, where the city plans on building its Freedom Tower. The footage that was shot on Saturday January 19th inside Ground Zero depicts construction workers working overtime on the freedom tower, which is set to be finished in 2012.

What the general public fails to grasp is that Ground Zero is a memorial site for over 3,000 families. Around 45 percent of the victims of 9/11 were never discovered. While unidentified body parts are still being discovered to this day more than 6 years later.

This current situation is attributed to Rudolph Giuliani’s scoop and dump policy which threw away 45 percent of the remaining undiscovered family members into the fresh kills land fill in Staten Island. It was later reported by the AP that the remains were then recycled and used to fill up pot holes in NYC streets.

Rudolph Giuliani implemented his policy after the gold of the Nova Scotia was found at Ground Zero in 2001 on All Saint’s day. After the gold of Nova Scotia was discovered Rudolph kicked firefighters off the pile and implemented the scoop and dump policy. Many firefighters in outrage protested and were even arrested when finding out Giuliani’s decision to scoop and dump their fallen brothers.

Rudolph, who was formally a federal prosecutor, should know something about keeping evidence at a crime scene his actions speak for themselves. While he is using 9/11 as a platform for the presidential election he should think twice about mentioning his actions as mayor.

Manny Badillo lost his uncle Thomas J. Sgroi in the twin towers stated “It was one of the worst, disrespectful things you could possibly do to anyone who lost someone.”

The real important question to ask is if there will be DNA testing done on the newly discovered body fragments or will the city do what they did before and throw the remains into the garbage, recycle them and use them to fill up pot holes?

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani may insist on using 9/11 as his campaign base but he will have to continue dodging questions from firefighters who wonder why their fallen brethren had faulty radios that fateful day. Their radios had failed them for years.
Campaigning in Florida, Giuliani said replacing the radios in 1993 when the World Trade Center was bombed was a technical problem that was insurmountable. Although he tried, the former mayor said he just could not fix the problem during his eight years in office.
The International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) is sending former New York City fire fighters and family members of IAFF fire fighters killed in the September 11, 2001 to Florida. They are calling the delegatin the Fire Brigade and their goal is to expose Giuliani’s trumped-up 9/11 credentials as a myth.

“This is about the judgment of our country’s next president,” says IAFF General President Harold Schaitberger. “Voters in Florida, where Rudy has pinned his hopes for his election, need to know Giuliani’s record of poor judgment to understand why we don’t believe he’s nearly qualified to be our next president of the United States.”

Jim Riches, a newly retired FDNY Deputy Chief, will lead the IAFF Fire Brigade.

“No one knows better than fire fighters who were at the World Trade Center that Giuliani failed to prepare first responders before 9/11, and that he is totally unprepared to become our commander-in-chief,” says Riches, who responded on 9/11 and lost his fire fighter son, Jimmy Riches, at Ground Zero. “We object to Giuliani using 9/11 as his calling card in this campaign. He was an utter failure that day, and in the days and months leading up to the attack.”

Rudy Giuliani will inevitably be a one-song presidential candidate – 9/11, again, again and again.
An ad released by the former New York Mayor’s presidential bid in Florida used film and photos from 9/11 and displays the ruins of the World Trade Center.
The ad, according to the Political Ticker on CnnPolitics.com, emphasizes his leadership as the mayor of New York when the terrorist attacks occurred.
“When corruption ruled, he challenged it. When welfare failed, he changed it. When crime thrived, he fought it. When government broke, he fixed it,” says the announcer in “It Matters,” over images of criminals in handcuffs and the exteriors of porn shops.

“And when the world wavered, and history hesitated, he never did,” he continues, over images and footage of people running from the site of the Trade Center attacks, and the former New York mayor embracing rescue workers. “Rudy Giuliani. Leadership. When it matters most.”

The campaign said the ad is airing in West Palm Beach, an area that is home to a large population of transplanted New Yorkers. Florida voters head to the polls January 29, CNN reports.

Alexander Cockburn, writing for The Nation, says Terrorism brazenly flourishes at Ground Zero in the new 7 World Trade Center building.
Hiding beneath the glass and steel of the building, Cockburn says there is a secret entity of fabulous wealth and power. He says both kingdoms and corporations “alike tremble at its shadow and make haste to pay it tribute.
“ I refer to Moody’s Investor Services, wholly owned subsidiary of Moody’s Corporation, which reported $2.03 billion in revenues in 2006.
On January 10 Moody’s, in concert with the other main bond-rating firm, Standard and Poor’s, gave the United States its top AAA credit rating. The terrorist blackmail threat came in the form of a demand by Moody’s that the US government “reform” Social Security and Medicare: “In the very long term, the rating could come under pressure if reform of Medicare and Social Security is not carried out as these two programs are the largest threats to the long-term financial health of the United States and to the government’s AAA rating,” Cockburn says.

The federal government has dropped its opposition to granting federal death benefits to a public safety officer who died fighting to save people at the World Trade Center.
The federal government has dropped its fight against the family of Glenn Winuk, a member of the Jericho volunteer Fire Department who raced to the Twin Towers in an attempt to help victims of the 9/11 terrorist attack.
According to press reports, “Winuk, 40, was working at his Manhattan law office the morning of the attacks, but he grabbed a medical bag and raced to pitch in with the rescue effort. He died when the skyscrapers collapsed; when his body was found in the rubble, months later, he was wearing surgical gloves and a stethoscope.

The Justice Department’s Bureau of Justice Assistance fought his family’s effort to collect a $250,000 payment due to police officers, firefighters and other government emergency workers killed in the line of duty.

The agency argued that the benefit was intended only for active-duty public safety officers, and that Winuk didn’t qualify because he hadn’t been on regular duty with his volunteer department on Long Island since 1998.

The turning point in the case came when a judge on the Federal Court of Claims sided with the family last June, ruling that the government’s denial of the benefit had been arbitrary.

The long court battle finally ended on Jan. 10, after the Office of the Solicitor General decided to drop its last appeal in the case.

“It’s really terrific. This fight has gone on too long,” said Glenn’s brother, Jay Winuk.

Although the move clears the way for Winuk’s parents to receive the $250,000, the family says their primary interest is in achieving proper government recognition for Glenn’s public service.”

A blog covering “Crimes and Corruption of the New Order News” says 25 U.S. Military officers challenge the official account of 9/11.
In a piece dated Jan. 14 by Alan Milller, the blog says the official account of 9/11 was impossible.
“Twenty-five former U.S. military officers have severely criticized the official account of 9/11 and called for a new investigation. They include former commander of U.S. Army Intelligence, Major General Albert Stubblebine, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Col. Ronald D. Ray, two former staff members of the Director of the National Security Agency; Lt. Col. Karen Kwiatkowski, PhD, and Major John M. Newman, PhD, and many others. They are among the rapidly growing number of military and intelligence service veterans, scientists, engineers, and architects challenging the government’s story. The officers’ statements appear below, listed alphabetically.

Lt. Col. Robert Bowman, PhD “A lot of these pieces of information, taken together, prove that the official story, the official conspiracy theory of 9/11 is a bunch of hogwash. It’s impossible,” said Lt. Col. Robert Bowman, PhD, U.S. Air Force (ret). [1] With doctoral degrees in Aeronautics and Nuclear Engineering, Col. Bowman served as Director of Advanced Space Programs Development under Presidents Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter.

“There’s a second group of facts having to do with the cover up,” continued Col. Bowman. “Taken together these things prove that high levels of our government don’t want us to know what happened and who’s responsible. Who gained from 9/11? Who covered up crucial information about 9/11? And who put out the patently false stories about 9/11 in the first place? When you take those three things together, I think the case is pretty clear that it’s highly placed individuals in the administration with all roads passing through Dick Cheney.”
Regarding the failure of NORAD to intercept the four hijacked planes on 9/11, Col. Bowman said, “I’m an old interceptor pilot. I know the drill. I’ve done it. I know how long it takes. I know the rules. … Critics of the government story on 9/11 have said: ‘Well, they knew about this, and they did nothing’. That’s not true. If our government had done nothing that day and let normal procedure be followed, those planes, wherever they were, would have been intercepted, the Twin Towers would still be standing and thousands of dead Americans would still be alive.” [2]

During his 22-year Air Force career, Col. Bowman also served as the Head of the Department of Aeronautical Engineering and Assistant Dean at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology. He also flew over 100 combat missions in Viet Nam as a fighter pilot.

Lt. Jeff Dahlstrom Former U.S. Air Force pilot Lt. Jeff Dahlstrom wrote in a 2007 statement to this author, “When 9/11 occurred I bought the entire government and mainstream media story line. I was a lifelong conservative Republican that voted for Bush/Cheney, twice. Curiosity about JFK’s death, after a late night TV re-run of Oliver Stone’s movie, got me started researching and digging for the truth about his assassins.

“My research led me to a much more important and timely question: the mystery of what really did happen on 9/11. Everything that seemed real, turned out to be false. The US government and the news media, once again, were lying to the world about the real terrorists and the public murder of 2,972 innocents on 9/11.
“The ‘Patriot Act’ was actually written prior to 9/11 with the intention of destroying the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. It was passed by Congress, based upon the government’s myth of 9/11, which was in reality a staged hoax. 9/11 was scripted and executed by rogue elements of the military, FAA, intelligence, and private contractors working for the US government.

“In addition to severely curtailing fundamental rights of Americans, the 9/11 crime was then used by this administration, the one I originally voted for and supported, to justify waging two preemptive wars (and most likely a third war), killing over 4,500 American soldiers, and killing over one million innocent Afghan and Iraqi people.

“It was all premeditated. Treason, a false flag military operation, and betrayal of the trust of the American people were committed on 9/11 by the highest levels of the US government and not one person responsible for the crimes, or the cover-up, has been held accountable for the last six years.

“After reading fifteen well-researched books, studying eight or nine DVD documentaries, and devoting months of personal research and investigation, I have arrived at one ultimate conclusion: The American government and the US Constitution have been hijacked and subverted by a group of criminals that today are the real terrorists. A blog called California Yankee runs stuff he says you just can’t make up.
“Never in my wildest imagination did think it would take 10 years to rebuild.” He’s talking about Ground Zero.  “Every day the 16-acre site that was once the World Trade Center remains a hole in the ground, is a victory for the terrorists that felled the twin towers and the Islamic extremists who aspire to undo hundreds of years of civilization and reimpose the despotic seventh century caliphate founded on harsh Sharia law.

Engineers working the site are constantly surprised by the sites subterranean geology:
But construction managers encountered twice the amount of bedrock they had anticipated. “We expected 2,000 cubic yards but it was double that,” Mr. Plate said. Furthermore, when the engineers reached a level 70 feet below the street, “we expected schist, but we found a much harder rock — quartz,” Mr. Plate said.

And in one area at Church Street near Liberty, the workers had to excavate down to 120 feet to reach bedrock because engineers encountered an ancient gorge in a former glacial streambed.
I’m no engineer, but I don’t understand why there are a lot of surprises on a site which has already been built on.”

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is racing against a deadline that has already passed. The PA is racking up costly penalties for missing a deadline to complete preparations at the World Trade Center site, according to United Press International

Since the Jan. 1 deadline passed, the port authority has started accruing fines of $300,000 a day — or more than $3 million so far, The New York Times reported Sunday. The Port Authority says excavation work has been completed at the 1.4-acre Tower 4 site at the World Trade Center, according to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. This news clears the way for construction of an office tower designed by architect Fumihiko Maki. The agency also is continuing to excavate the basement area for the neighboring Tower 3 and expects to finish that job by mid-February.
All of the World Trade Center projects involve the removal of nearly 300,000 tons of concrete, soil and rock in 12 months, and the excavation of new foundations 80 feet below street level.
The agency is not expected to finish site preparations at Ground Zero until next month, so the penalties could exceed $13 million.
Penalties are paid to Silverstein Properties, owned by developer Larry Silverstein, whose company has leased the site and will build on it.
“It makes sense that penalties are worked into development deals with the port authority, since it has a history of slowing things up thanks to the bureaucratic maze that exists there,” said George Marlin, an investment banker who led the authority from 1995 to 1997.
The authority insists, however, it has done everything possible to further the project, the newspaper reported.
“We weren’t slowed by paperwork or bureaucracy,” said Anthony Shorris, executive director of the agency, which owns the site. “It was the challenge of doing a project of this scale in this short a time.”

The Port Authority says excavation work has been completed at the 1.4-acre Tower 4 site at the World Trade Center, according to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. This news clears the way for construction of an office tower designed by architect Fumihiko Maki. The agency also is continuing to excavate the basement area for the neighboring Tower 3 and expects to finish that job by mid-February.
