The impact of this horrid event on 9/11 has left a portion of humanity afflicted physically and many emotionally. The rest of us who did not have to spend multiple hours at Ground Zero have the responsibility to raise human consciousness to a heightened level. This can only be accomplished through diligent medical and psychological research combined with devotion to a cause that promotes benevolence as the replacement of violence.

Thanks for the ‘heads up’ on another fascinating example of humanity in connection with the metaphysical aspects of our world.

Many ‘what ifs’ might be better served to simply magnify what actually transpired. The World Trade Center buildings did fall as the result of ignorance. If we learn the appropriate lessons from that event, perhaps humanity will advance to a necessary higher level of consciousness.

If we don’t, shame on us.

Indeed, this is good news. New York City needs to include some innovative architecture into its skyline. For the sake of our nation’s security, we need to begin using the term ‘tolerance’ in a way that will illustrate to the world that only through tolerance, will our nation succeed. If we act in this manner, the faith that so many people from all around the world have lost in the U.S. will once again become revived.

If we don’t, then who wins: those who believe that tolerance is a joke, those who think it’s perfectly all right to kick a wounded dog, those who think it’s perfectly all right to antagonize a city of people just because they can??

We, the people, of the United States of America need to take a stand against the kind of hostile consciousness that has no tolerance for any philosophy except its own.

We, the people of the United States need to insure that the world sees us as the steady, tolerant voice in the din of iniquity.

The problem with the Port Authority is that its members are focusing on the wrong tenants. Corporations that deal with superficialities do not address the environmental and the humanities issues that will evolve as the focus of the Memorial.

Therefore, the tenant search should focus on international businesses with these concerns: environment, health, education, the arts, human potential, communication. Moreover, these areas include research in science and creativity as support operations.

The spirits of the 3,000 speak to us. We need to listen.

Absolutely, completing the construction of the Memorial should be a priority at the World Trade Center site. Whether or not it can be in place by 09/11/11, the ground on which so many innocent human beings instantly lost their lives, many whose remains have now embedded this terrain, and respect for the human spirit must remain the focal points of this enterprise.

We need to set an example by making this venture one of appreciating the beauty in creativity, in the living of each moment as if it is our last. We need to recognize the abundance in the human quality of loving our innate use of energetic force of the mind in conjunction with the agility of the body for the express purpose of heightened consciousness.

As this memorial becomes more of a reality, there seems to be a shifting away from superficiality and toward a recognition that Ground Zero and the new World Trade Center is located on truly sacred ground. The spirituality that encompasses the district has a lasting effect and will affect those who occupy the new center and those who will visit it.

Hopefully, the acceptance of the spiritual/human factor will eventually lead to an awakening of a higher consciousness by governmental agencies and the corporate world.

This settlement will not quell the pain that these families must continue to endure. There are simpler ways to resolve this issue, but for some reason, most likely having to do with money, the ashen bodies of these people must remain with debris and filth of a garbage dump. With a memorial in place, albeit a portion of the final memorial, for the 10th anniversary of this dreadful event, the mourners will be able to contemplate how they can move forward in their lives. From what Mr. Colella has stated, perhaps he should reconsider his profession. If he has no emotional attachment to the work that he does, then how can he create? Where is the motivation behind his vision?

It seems to me that one’s passion is crucial when engaging in any creative endeavor. The last I considered working passionately on a project, umm, fifteen minutes ago, my emotions were definitely involved in the process. Like the old song goes, “You gotta have heart…”

This story tells a tale of such grief, that I find it difficult to make any comment worthy of the anguish which these relatives must endure for their loved ones. I just wish our country could somehow show the rest of the world how deeply devoted we are to making this planet a better place, based on our own perseverance after the horrific attack on 9/11.

Unfortunately, the president and his men have established our reputation as one of hostility, greed and aggression. If each American would just take a little time to think about his/her positive contribution, and then, take active steps toward accomplishing that vision, we could be a mighty force of benevolence and enlightenment in this outraged and bewildered world.

Meanwhile, if the ‘debris’ is actually the physical bodies of human beings, then a show of respect is definitely in order.
